evaluation of incoming materials to
the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for

Quality Control - Testing Equipments:
For every piece of Razorlux 1000 Watt LED Flood Light are tested in
different procedures.
No. 1: Extreme temperature testing to make sure the lamps work
stably and standardly under extreme temperature environment. (-40
to 60 degree)
No. 2: Anti-Corrosion and IP67 Waterproof Testing, to make sure the
products are working well even undern corrosive and Wetting
environment.
No. 3 & 4: Dark Room for testing IES files and other
Photometric datas.
Quality Control - Aging Department:
For every piece of Razorlux Genius™ LED Lights, they will be aged
for at least 72 hours before shipment

1. Are you a factory or trading company:
We are a factory located in Xi'an China, established in 2006.
2. What is your product range?
Our wide product range includes floodlight, street light, pendant
light, and power from 60W to 1200W.
3. How many days of production will the order take?
Normally 7-15 days, depending on the order quanity.
4. How do you ship goods abroad?
For sample, trial order, or small quantities we will suggest
shipping by air, for large quantity and bulk order we recommend
shipping by sea.
5. Does your product support smart control like sensor, dimming,
DALI, etc.
They support all of these features, please tell our sales during
your negotiation when you need such features.
6. How do you deal with failed lights?
During the warranty period, we will send customer free part or lamp
after checking the evidence. After warranty, we only charge the
component fees, no extra charge for our customer.
