Better light increases labor productivity
In order to determine the quality of light, the Color Rendering
Index (CRI) is particularly important.
The correct color temperature (K) also influences light quality and
is important in industrial environments.
The luminaires that are part of the industrial lighting solutions
of Yourlight all have a CRI of Ra> 80.
Depending on the application and in consultation with the customer,
we deliver the optimal color temperature.
Conventional gas discharge light sources, such as High-Pressure
Sodium (SON/NAV) or Metal Halide (HPI/HQI), usually need a
reflector. The special (harbor) crane fittings of Razorlux are
equipped with a (prismatic) lenses.
The big advantage of this is that the light is very accurately
projected on the surface that needs to be illuminated.
In the case of lighting on, for example, a container crane
(STS/QC), the light, especially in the new Super Panamax cranes,
which often have a girder at a height of more than 60 m, must
bridge a distance to the deepest hold of the ship.
Sometimes up to 100m. For this, very narrow beam fixture is
required. However, if a ship is fully stacked, the upper containers
can come close to the main girder.
In this case the crane operator needs luminaires that have a very
wide beam pattern, otherwise his visibility diminishes considerably
due to (reflective) light spots on the containers.
Razorlux has very strict Quality Control System, from checking and
evaluation of incoming materials to
the delivery of products, each item will be checked and tested for
